ah. OK. it looks like I first colored it in with regular pencil, then went over it with a red ballpoint, and then went over it some more with a black ballpoint. So yeah, pencil and two flavors of ballpoint.
The rest of the linework is pencil, red pencil, red ballpoint, and brush pen.
