I just saw that I haven't really been keeping my deviantart updated for the past few months. Getting turned down most of the places I apply has taken it out of me a little (man, I was really manic drawing pages there for a while during the beach party and then it just all went and left me one day). Most of my art time has gone into (barely) keeping Search for New Lifeforms updated. Not wanting to post everything we do on the comic here on dA, I've picked a few recent strips I'm particularly proud of to show you guys.

How did you get the static TV effect?

started with a static pattern in a screen tone pack and used some black and white gradients on top of that.
